Our founder & head mortgage broker, Hunter Bolling, created the HB Mortgage Team to bring a fresh new look to buying a home. Hunter has over 6 years of industry expereince & has helped more than 4,000 families get into a home or create financial success through refinancing.



Shelbi Bolling is our Director of Client Relations. You guessed it, she is Hunter's wife! After welcoming their sweet daughter to the family, she left her life in the hospital as an ICU nurse to help run the day to day operations of the business along side her husband!  Fun fact- she is also a veteran. Shelbi served in the United States Navy and loves that she gets the opportunity to help those who served alongside her find their dream home! 



Our newest member to the team is Payton Bladzik! As our loan officer assistant, she ensures all loans are complete and processed properly & swiftly for a smooth closing. Payton is not new to the mortgage world, as she came to us from United Wholesale Mortgage (#1 Purchase Lender in the U.S) where she was one of the top underwriters in the company. She is a huge asset to our team!
